What is your SaleLock Guarantee?
We secure a 10% deposit from the buyer on the day they make an offer. If they pull out, they forfeit the deposit — you get paid it (minus our fee) and we find you another buyer.
What is a reserve price?
The reserve is the minimum figure you'd like to achieve, and you set it. If no bid meets your reserve, there's no obligation to sell — you're always in control of the price you sell for.

What happens if you don't sell my property?
We provide honest feedback and explore alternative strategies — adjusting price, enhancing marketing or other options. And with no sale, no fee, if we don't get you an acceptable offer in three months you owe nothing.
Are there any upfront or hidden fees?
No. We cover professional photography, video tours and floor plans, and there are no listing fees. You only pay when your property sells at a price you're happy with.
